At Virexer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items under the conditions outlined below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in new, unused, and unworn condition
  • Shoes must include the original packaging, tags, and box
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable) are non-returnable

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization (if required)
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Return Shipping

  • We offer free return shipping on eligible returns
  • A prepaid return label may be provided depending on the case
  • Items must be shipped within the return approval timeframe

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If the returned item does not meet eligibility conditions, the refund may be denied or partially approved.
